Do guests need an account?
No. Guests with your published RSVP link can respond without signing in. Their responses are private to you.
How do I save my invitation?
Choose a theme, fill in your event details, sign in, and select Save to account. Find saved invitations in My account.
How do I share it?
Select Publish & create RSVP link in the editor. Copy the link and send it through your own messaging app. EzRSVP does not automatically send invitations or reminders.
Can guests change their response?
Yes, from the same browser. A private browser cookie remembers their response. Using a different browser or clearing cookies may create a separate response.
Can I update a published invitation?
Yes. Open it from your dashboard, select Edit invitation, change the details, and save. Your existing RSVP link shows the updated invitation.
How are guests counted?
Confirmed attendance is the sum of adults and children in accepted responses. Maybe and declined responses are shown separately and do not count toward confirmed attendance.
Can I stop receiving RSVPs?
Use Close RSVPs in the invitation dashboard. Unpublish also removes the guest page from public access.
Where are my PDFs?
Download PDFs from the editor while signed in. They are generated on request and saved by your browser; PDF files are not stored in your account.
What if I used an older link?
Older encrypted invitation links continue to use email RSVPs. To collect responses in the dashboard, open the editor, save the invitation, and publish a new link.
Is it free?
Basic includes free invitation themes. EzPRO starts at $25 USD/month and is required for Premium themes and RSVP link creation or sharing. Basic supports previews and PDF downloads from Basic themes. Checkout is not enabled yet.
